Refund Policy

Effective Date: 11-01-2025

At The Fizzy Cow, we want every guest to have a sweet and satisfying experience. Because our products are made fresh and perishable, all sales are considered final. However, your happiness matters to us, and we will always work with you to make things right if there’s an issue.

1. No Returns on Perishable Items

Due to health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of ice cream, floats, or any other food and beverage items once served or delivered.

2. Refunds & Replacements

We may offer a refund, credit, or replacement at our discretion in the following situations:

The wrong item was prepared or served.
An order was made incorrectly due to our mistake.
A product was unsatisfactory because it did not meet our usual quality standards.

3. How to Request a Refund

Please notify a team member immediately at the time of purchase if there’s an issue with your order.
For online or call-ahead orders, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) may be required.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

Change of mind after purchase.
Items that were prepared correctly but did not match personal preference.
Products that were left unattended or mishandled after leaving our store.

5. Method of Refund

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment whenever possible.
If payment cannot be reversed, we may issue a store credit for use on future purchases.
